HVAC & Plumbing Service Plans

AA Service Co. Comfort Club – Trusted Comfort Since 1965

Your home’s mechanical systems rank as the third most significant investment you make, demanding the same level of care and attention as any other valuable asset. Just as we schedule annual check-ups with a doctor to safeguard our health, visit the dentist biannually to prevent cavities, and change the oil in our vehicles every 3,000 miles for optimal performance, regular maintenance for your home’s mechanical systems ensures that this vital investment remains in top-notch condition. With regular maintenance being both affordable and strongly recommended, it’s a wise choice for every homeowner!

HVAC Maintenance

  • Do you know the age of your system?
    • The typical life expectancy of an HVAC is 10-15 years. Geothermal or higher-grade systems should be 12-18 years
  •  Have you added refrigerant to your HVAC system?
    • If you have refrigeration added once, the system more than likely has a leak, and that has to be found and repaired, or the device with the leak needs to be replaced completely.
    • Refrigerant should never be regularly added to your system. Regular refilling of a refrigeration system is in bad practice with current national EPA standards.
  •  When was the last time your HVAC system was serviced?
    • 8 out of 10 HVAC system failures are caused because of dirt, dust, or a lack of maintenance.
    • A dirty evaporator coil, condenser, or blower wheel could increase your annual electric bill by as much as $250 / year due to poor operating efficiency.
  •  Are your systems ready for the season ahead?
    • HVAC Systems tend to fail during the times when you need them most, so minimizing emergency replacement is always the goal.
    • Proactive replacement is the best option for peace of mind and cost efficiency.

Annual maintenance and proactive replacement are the most cost-effective way to ensure the operation of your system when you need it most.

Plumbing Maintenance

  • Do you know the age of your systems?
    • The typical life expectancy of a water heater is 7-10 years.
    • The typical life expectancy of a sump, ejector, or battery backup system is 5-7 years.
  • Are your systems ready for the season ahead or the next storm?
    • Plumbing systems should be replaced proactively to reduce the opportunity for catastrophic failures like flooding, leaks, or damage.
    • Proactive replacement is the best option for peace of mind and cost efficiency.
  •  How often should plumbing be checked?
    • Generally, your home plumbing system should be inspected once every couple of years. However, it is a good idea to have an inspection performed if you begin to notice any issues with your plumbing or if the home is about to be sold.

Unfortunately, when plumbing systems fail, they fail catastrophically! There are very few indicators that a system is nearing a failure point on plumbing systems, so proactively replacing the system is the best practice.

To cancel, contact our office at any time, and our customer service representatives can execute that cancellation. At the time of cancellation, if services have been rendered, but not fully covered by the monthly payments, then any unpaid fees associated with provided work, not yet collected for, will be charged to the payment method on file. Unused membership visits will be voided with no refund or credit if at the conclusion of each calendar year, a service was not provided, but all possible means of scheduling have been attempted, and the consumer did not schedule their visit.
