Josue G from AA Service Co was an absolute hero. We called AA Service Co when we noticed an odd smell in the house that seemed like it was coming from the furnace. AA Service Co was able to send Josue right away and he arrived within a couple hours. Josue was very thorough in checking all of the gas lines. As a last ditch effort, he asked what was on the other side of the wall of the utility closet and we had mentioned it was a shared garage. He asked if he could take a look, which I am so thankful he did because as soon as we opened the garage door, we were hit with exhaust fumes. My neighbor had left their car on and it had been running for over 7 hours! Josue helped me and my partner scramble to address this issue. He was the one to go in and turn off the car.
