We were having an issue with the thermostat not communicating with the furnace and not turning on when necessary. Additionally we were out of town, and everything had to be handled remotely. The communication with the company, the technician and myself was great and I was able to turn off the alarm and open the garage to let Steven Penfold the technician in remotely. He got everything working again but there was an issue with a part that might have been part of the problem but I could just keep an eye on it. He did recommend replacing it but I said to wait.
I think he went above and beyond to help us and be able to work with us remotely and would definitely recommend Steven and AA service heating and cooling to anyone.
