They are the most overpriced service technicians I have ever came across. They make sure of taking advantage of your situation.
My furnace stopped igniting in night and I called them in morning seeing 5 star review on yelp (the first mistake I made). They told me the service/diagnostic fee is going to be amount X and I agreed to it. The technician on visit told me that the ignitor and limit switch is not working and they will need to be replaced. The cost will be $336 for parts and labor for both items. Being unaware of prices of items and the amount of work involved in replacing them I agreed (my second mistake of the day) and he made me sign some work authorization.
It took the technician 2 mins to unscrew the non-functioning items and fit the new ones. Then I thought, the price of the parts must be high. I checked on internet for prices of both the parts – ignitor – $ 10 to 25 and Limit Switch – $ 8 to 18. Even if I take the highest prices both of them costs $43. Say that I pay double of that amount since they are giving me the parts and then add labor – $ 86 + $ 100 = $ 186 but its still nowhere close the amount that they charged me.

The biggest scammers I have seen so far. I have no idea how they have got all the high ratings. I will never ever recommend these scam artists to anyone.
