As part of the annual condo maintenance check, Jim G arrived at the appointed time period. He was courteous, clean and professional. He ran through his check list making sure that everything is in good work order. He politely asked me if I know how to change the batteries of the thermostat unit. I am pleased with the service.

Update: In the middle of the heat wave, AC did not work. So after placing a service call, I was please that the technician Petr G was able to check the AC on the same day. He was equally courteous, clean and professional. I am pleased with the service.
