If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The “Service” part of their name is non-existent, more or less dysfunctional. There is zero communication between problems reported and info delivered to technicians. And many times parts order fall into a black hole. Requires hours and hours of follow up, complaining and chasing for every little interaction with them.
