My AA service technician was Ted T, and I must say that he is the most professional, courteous technician that I have EVER had in my home. He kept me abreast of any progress, problems, etc as he did his inspection. He was at my home to do an annual inspection of my heating/air conditioning unit……and he did a thorough job.
Ted T is an EXEMPLARY technician…. without a doubt, most polite, most professional technician I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
