I had scheduled an appointment on wednesday july 1 for them to come out and check out our indoor wall unit. They never ending showing up so I called them in which they said they were busy so they could not come on that day. We ending up rescheduling for the following monday. Monday came around and they said they would not be coming because I am not one of their regular customers.

Why on earth would this horrible company even schedule us and then do a no show for a second time! Greedy company overbooking, avoid at all costs!
