Tim came on time to service my hvac in a condo I recently moved into. Obviously, it had been neglected with dirty filter and coils. Before any procedure, he asked for approval. He was very thorough, and I now feel confident that my unit is in good working order. He was very professional. but also very personable. He seems reliable and carefully cleaned up all the mess.
