AA was great! I made an appointment online for the next day, but because it was urgent I called them directly. I was connected with a representative within a couple minutes. They put me on hold to check if they could come out same day. As I was on hold a different individual called me and told me they had an earlier spot available! They were even an hour earlier than their projected appt window.
Rickie was our technician and they were great. It turned out to be a simple fix, but Rickie also took the time to go over our specific AC unit, proper maintenance, things to look for, best practices, etc.

Would definitely use AA again.
