Lance was our tech. Very courteous and diligent. Upon completion of his routine maintenance protocol he took me on a “tour” of specifically what tasks he had performed in servicing our unit. Although its too cool to actually run our AC unit, fully expect that it will perform without incident throughout the Sprin/Summer once called upon to do so. We have utilized AA for 15+ years and are continually impressed by the professionalism of their service team.
