Ted was excellent! He arrived on time to our appointment and did excellent work. He took his time checking our air conditioners, and we he discovered why they were not working to the best of their ability he explained everything in great depth. He even spoke with my husband who was at work on the phone so they he understood everything that was going on. Ted was professional, kind, and helpful. He really went out of his way to make sure the job was done right!
