Today, Pierre was assigned to us for routine AC maintenance. We just LOVED him— and that includes our dog Lucy! He was here for several hours and checked every little thing to ensure we would have smooth operation over the summer months, including changing batteries in indoor and outdoor sensors (which I didn’t even know you were supposed to do!). Anyway, it was a great experience.

We used AA several years ago to install all new systems (3 furnaces, 3 AC units, plus a boiler) after years of living with a faulty system after a major renovation, and constant expensive tweaks that never worked. I balked at the expense of starting all over with AA. But it has been so worth it! They knew what they were doing when they installed our units, and the systems have performed flawlessly since installation. Today’s report concluded with “all good – no changes necessary.”
