Despite us having a service contrast with this company, when our heater broke, they simply didn’t show up. Unreliable and unprofessional. We called at 9:15am, they said that the technician would come between 11am and 2pm and sent a confirmation email. They then called at 1:30pm and said that the technician got busy as would come between 3pm and 6pm. It’s past 6pm and no one is here. Our whole day has been disrupted, it’s freezing cold in the house, and we have a child here. We have tried calling, but everyone seems to have gone home. The calls goes to voicemail, calls are not returned. Just got a call of their “call service” in Colorado (we are in Chicago), and the calls goes service doesn’t even have access to the schedule. No Information, and no visit. We will be canceling our contract and going to a competitor. Stay away from this company. They won’t be there for you when you need them most.
