We really like their service, very knowledgeable and experienced. Our technician has great communication and we likely will refer them to our neighbors. However, I do feel their charged price is higher than my expectation. Especially my timer does not match their timer. I measured the time technician actually starts working but their timer measured the time when they arrive. There is about 30 minutes gap.
